Safely achieve results

The group focuses on bodyweight strength, movement patterns and body sense and control. This is performed in a low load environment in our gym with minimal weight used so that all youth players can achieve results in a safe way.

Youth players in the program will have the opportunity to make gains in strength, muscular control and coordination which have positive long-term athletic performance implications.

LOWER YOUR RISK OF INJURY

Youth ballers typically play extensive amounts of basketball while also physically growing, which can sometimes result in injury. Through this program, players will be able to minimise injury risk through developing their strength.

1. Performance assessment

The Performance Blueprint gets started with a free Performance Assessment. In this assessment, we learn more about you and your goals as an athlete.

2. performance test

After we understand your goals, we will run you through a Performance Test to discover your strengths and weaknesses and to identify any opportunities we can focus on in your program.

3. individualised program

Based on your performance test and weekly commitments, our coaches design you a 13-week individualised program that is specific to your needs.

 

4. 1:1 CHAT

To get you comfortable with your program we’ll discuss the details of your exercises and introduce you to the gym to make sure you feel part of the team.

5. group sessions

After you’re set and comfortable with your program, it is time to jump into our team training sessions and start improving your performance.

6. final performance test

At end of the 13-week program, we will re-test you to measure your improvement, and then re-program you for another 13-week block.
