About Us

Our Team is a young and passionate team of approximately 50 people. Some of us played basketball, some of us coached basketball, and others are just fans of the game. 

We have a culture of working collaboratively but give lots of freedom and responsibility to each person in their area of expertise. You will need to feel comfortable making decisions yourself, not needing to triple-check with the boss to get something done. We move quickly with our projects and decisions and don’t get tied up in exhaustive processes. 

This culture of freedom and responsibility is quite different from most workplaces - it can be quite a shock for new employees. Once people wrap their minds around it, it makes for an awesome, trusting environment, and a great place to work.

Typically people who are go-getters, problem-solvers, want responsibility and like getting things done, all fit really well with us. We don’t like jerks, we just like working together to make cool things happen. We all like working with people who are reliable and trustworthy. Everything is so much easier when we can all lean on each other. 

Our Company has been around since 2013. We help Aussies play college basketball in the US, and at our facilities, we help provide access to basketball courts and coaches. We are in the process of expanding our training facilities to new locations.
