    HEAD OF PERFORMANCE

    Uday has experience coaching NBL, college, state and national-level athletes. He has been able to adapt what he's learnt from these experiences and apply them to the youth/casual hooper who love the game. He has completed his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology through the University of New South Wales and is undergoing a Masters of High Performance Sport from UTS. Uday is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Scientist and Exercise Physiologist. He also is an ASCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach.

    Coaching has taken him across the world where he was able to coach alongside ByAnyMeans Basketball in Miami for a month. Uday had the opportunity to work with the Sydney Kings for the NBL23 Season where they won the championship. Most recently, Uday worked alongside Corbin in the NBL1 with the Norths Bears where they won the championship.

  • marshall mcgee

    PERFORMANCE MANAGER - ALEXANDRIA

    Marshall is the Performance Manager at AUSA Facility Alexandria. He has completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science through Charles Sturt University, and his Master of Strength and Conditioning through Edith Cowan University. His previous experience includes several roles working with professional athletes, particularly in Rugby. He also has broad experience working with developmental athletes as an S&C Coach at Shore School since 2016, working with all sports and disciplines.

    Marshall’s experience enables him to very effectively develop speed and power with our athletes both in the gym and on the court. He believes movement technique and efficiency are just as important as pure power and speed. He integrates both into our AUSA Performance programs to achieve the best results for our athletes and their performances on the court.

  • Corbin Dickfos

    SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST - CHATSWOOD

    Corbin holds the title of APA Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist, a formal recognition that signifies his advanced qualifications and extensive knowledge in the field of sports physiotherapy. His experience includes tenures with Sydney Swans AFL, Cricket NSW, Hockey NSW, Queensland AFL clubs, and Queensland Rugby League. His background extends to working with national, state and rep basketball players including Norths NBL1, and the 2023 Women’s NBL1 East Champions and national runners up.

    A former AFL athlete himself, Corbin's personal experiences with injuries have fuelled his passion for delivering goal-focused rehabilitation, mitigating injury risks and enhancing performance. His keen interest in all sports injuries, youth athlete management, musculoskeletal injuries, and post-surgery cases reflects his commitment to holistic and collaborative care.

  • Colin Hao

    PHYSIOTHERAPIST - ALEXANDRIA

    Colin is an aspiring Sports Physiotherapist who has been immersed in physical activity and sports as both an athlete and Physio. He is passionate about the rehabilitation of sports injuries and facilitating athletes return to performance through an evidence based approach in collaboration with coaches.

    Having previously covered Shute Shield and St Pats Rugby and currently playing representative basketball and providing physiotherapy coverage for Comets NBL1 Basketball, Colin understands the rehabilitation process from both perspectives. He also loves to work with individuals of all ages and conditions to address pain, movement patterns, and return to daily function and performance.
