AN emphasis on skill development through games
Shooting, dribbling, passing, pivoting, decision-making & defense - you will focus on all the fundamental skills that every basketball player needs.
Our programs focus on learning through a game-sense approach. This means we develop skills and understanding by creating games that force players to develop specific skills in constraint-based scenarios.
(Long story short… The coaches who are leading and developing this program are educated, experienced, and know a ton about coaching.)
WHAT’S IN A SESSION?
Competition & CONFIDENCE
Every session will include competitive games to help develop 1-on-1 finishing and perceptive finishing. We also play lots of small-sided games of 2-on-2 and 3-on-3 to help players get lots of repetitions.
Our coaches embrace the process, not the result. This approach is key to helping build our players’ confidence by ensuring they are not concerned with making mistakes when they compete. This is all part of the journey to being great.
