Rehab Blueprint

Our rehab process emulates the approach of a professional sports team. Our programs integrate S&C into your rehab to ensure you are ready to return to play. We treat your existing injury but also evaluate your strength imbalances to help you perform at your peak without pain.

Physiotherapy Appointments

All of our rehab options start with a 45-minute initial consultation. We evaluate your injury for you and provide you with a treatment plan & recovery timeline. From there, you can choose to do The Rehab Blueprint (fixed fee) or go session-to-session.

Lebron spends $1.5 million per year on his body to ensure he’s at the top of his game. We understand that at times it can be difficult to understand what’s hype and what’s real when we’re talking about athletic performance and injury mitigation.

We’ve gotten rid of the guesswork for you. We have designed our injury pre-screening based on the most common injuries in basketball to identify imbalances and highlight where you may be at an elevated risk of injury.
