Freeze Request Form

We understand that there may be times when you need to pause your membership due to various reasons. To accommodate this, we offer the option for members to temporarily freeze their contract payments. Here are the key details of our freeze policy:

  • Eligibility for Freeze: Members are eligible to request a freeze on their contract payments for up to 12 weeks a year.

  • Minimum Freeze Duration: The minimum period for a freeze request is 4 weeks.

  • Billing Cycle Consideration: Freeze periods run from one billing date (Monday’s fortnightly) to the next to ensure consistency and ease of management for both members and our administrative team. If you select a Monday between billing cycles, we will process your freeze to start the next possible billing Monday.
