Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused hooper to join our team as a Front Desk 2.
Our “FD2” is an extension of our Front Desk team and the face of the facility. They predominately spend their time on the court, engaging with the community, coaching, gathering feedback, and ensuring the Facility runs smoothly on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Community coaching / Shot Doctor
Sales Tours
Onboarding New Members
Covering Front Desk
Facility Upkeep
The candidate will be an integral part of the team, actively seeking Referrals from existing members and gathering feedback from members and prospective members to relay to the head office team. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the gym and court are always tidy and that the shooting machine and balls are properly maintained.
